Flights Balikpapan-Kuching Malaysia Has Served by MASwings

According to Djoko, in a press release on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, the flight was possible thanks to the transport cooperation program of BIMP EAGA. BIMP-EAGA is a sub-regional economic cooperation in Southeast Asia consists of Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This partnership was formed in 1994 and aims to accelerate the economic development of its member countries.

Furthermore, Djoko said, MASwings scheduled to fly to Balikpapan every Tuesday. Meanwhile, on Friday and Sunday, the aircraft will fly from Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. The new route will begin on February 1, 2013. Airline tickets sold at RM 312 for a round trip flight period 1 February 2013 to 30 April 2013.
