Makassar-Singapore flight will Served Indonesia AirAsia

Indonesia Aviation. After opening a representative office in the city of Makassar, Indonesia AirAsia airline plans to open a Makassar-Singapore routes. International routes from Makassar to Singapore is planned to be served from April 2013. PT Indonesia AirAsia plans to open new international routes from Makassar to Singapore. "Planned been able to be served in April 2013," said President Director of Indonesia AirAsia, Dharmadi, at the inauguration of AirAsia sales office in Makassar, on Wednesday afternoon.

According Dharmadi, permit flight on the route is still in process. The plan flight from Makassar to Singapore will be served each day. Indonesia AirAsia will add a flight from Makassar to Kuala Lumpur which is still four days a week. "Hopefully later to coincide with Singapore," he said.

Dharmadi said, Makassar has great potential for flights to countries in ASEAN, for its strategic location and has Hasanuddin airport is considered good quality.

Dharmadi expect next South Sulawesi capital could become an international connecting terminals, especially for regions in eastern Indonesia.
